About The Role

We are looking for a Buyer, based at our Head Office in Barton-Upon-Humber. The position is full-time, working 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30.

Main responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the buying team to maintain stock levels in order to deliver to customers OTIF, keeping overstocks to a minimum.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers.
  • Learn all areas of products to help with product queries .
  • Help with day to day projects and any issues that arise.
  • Maximise stock availability through buying the correct quantities based on forecast.
  • Liaise with other departments to keep up momentum on key development projects.
  • Ensure product information is maintained and correct.
  • Maintain supplier KPI’s.
