We’re on the lookout for a Junior Content Specialist to join our dynamic Online Content Team! This isn’t just any content role - you’ll play a key part in supporting our entire content production process and contributing to our wider digital marketing success.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be the go-to for keeping our website fresh, accurate, and aligned with trading priorities and promotions. From editing and updating site pages across various platforms to maintaining best practices, you’ll help ensure we’re delivering a top-tier online experience.

What you will be doing...

• Upload and format content in CMS platforms (Sitecore 10).
• Ensure content is always relevant, up-to-date, and accurate.
• Create compelling copy suitable for varying customer profiles and stages of the buying journey.
• Proofread content to ensure it meets quality, brand, and grammatical standards.
• Stay up to date with digital content trends, social media developments, and industry innovations.
• Work alongside a close-knit team of content specialists to meet internal deadlines and execute our overall strategy.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing team members to align written content with visual elements.
• Monitor content performance and engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.

Some of the skills we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience.
• A passion for online content.
• Demonstratable CMS usage experience.
• Experience in copywriting and editing for a wide range of audiences.
• Knowledge of holistic digital marketing best practices – not just content
• Efficient workload management and organisation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A clear communicator.
• Ability to work alone but also as part of a team.
