Our Practice Management system (PASO) is a core application in use throughout RSM and we are seeking an experienced professional to join the team that supports its operation. As an advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing advice and support to RSM’s employees. Your main responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high priority concerns are promptly addressed. Our aim is that you grow to become an administrator of the system, enhancing your current skills and learning new ones.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Providing first-line support: Responding promptly to helpdesk tickets, emails, Microsoft teams messages and calls from employees.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to the system, such as time recording, billing, disbursements, reporting and back-office system interactions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems: Conduct thorough analysis to identify the root cause of problems and apply appropriate solutions. Collaborate with the PASO team and other National Technology teams to resolve complex issues.
- Focusing on service management: Track and document support requests. Prioritize and escalate issues as required to ensure timely resolution and maintain the outstanding service level provided.
- Providing user training and enhance documentation: Conduct training sessions to help end-users effectively utilise the system. Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and common issues.

- Basic understanding of service management principles and problem prioritisation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with end-users.
