Candidates should have a proven track record as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a quality hotel
Responsibilities include guiding and supporting the kitchen team, planning menus within cost targets, controlling food costs, ensuring high cleanliness standards, and complying with health and safety regulations
The position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work 5 shifts out of 7, including weekends
