Salary: Circa £45,000 (negotiable DOE)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Office-based)

The Opportunity

Are you a proactive, commercially-minded professional with a passion for relationship management and strategic account growth? We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join a dynamic, high-performing team in a rapidly growing organisation. What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing key client accounts, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
  • Working closely with procurement teams to identify sourcing opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, offering consultative support and product expertise.
  • Conducting regular client meetings to understand their evolving needs and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including customer service and supply chain, to guarantee timely product delivery.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within accounts, improving profitability, and enhancing service offerings.
  • Occasionally visiting client sites, including cruise ships, to strengthen relationships and oversee project execution.


Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in account management, building and nurturing relationships within a B2B setting.
  • Professional, friendly demeanour
  • Knowledge of procurement, or supply chain - experience wiring closely with procurement teams and updating clients accordingly
  • A commercially astute mindset with the ability to negotiate and influence.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, able to liaise confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with a problem-solving approach and an eye for detail.
  • Experience selling into in hospitality, leisure, retail, or FMCG industries is desirable but not essential.
