Job Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Field Based

Salary: Competitive Salary, Bonus and Car Allowance

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Managing key customers, creating and implementing strategic account plans to increase sales and revenue with both existing and new customers
• Develop NPD plans with customers and build pipeline of products
• Negotiation of annual terms and commercial discussions
• Development and execution of marketing plans with customers
• Build and execute strategic account plans to achieve channel objectives and sales targets
• Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams
• Implement training and development plans for all existing and new sites
• Liaison with field team & SS to identify areas of support and provide necessary information to complete the task
  
  

You Will Need

• driving license and daily flexibility to travel to clients are essential for the role
• proven work experience as Sales Account Manager or relevant role in a FMCG environment
• strong experience in in delivering client-focused solutions to customers needs
• excellent listening, negotiating, and presentation abilities
• strong verbal and written communication skills
