Part Time Kitchen Assistant

Salary: £11.50 per hour

Working Hours: 15 hours per week

The Opportunity As a Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a kitchen assistant to assist the chef and assistant cook in carrying out all delegated tasks in all areas of the kitchen, and maintaining a very high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.

Main Duties And Responsibilities Of a Kitchen Assistant

• To ensure that all areas of the kitchen are clean and tidy at all times.
• To ensure that all equipment is thoroughly washed.
• To report all defects, damage and breakages to the chef / assistant cook.
• To assist in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen duties.
• To assist with the preparation of vegetables, sandwiches etc.
• To work at times in other areas other than your normal place of employment as required.
• To be well presented at all times.
