Role Specification

  • Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to the highest standard
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling throughout the day
  • Maintain cleanliness of fridges, freezers, storage areas, and handwashing stations
  • Support with daily and weekly cleaning checklists and health & safety compliance
  • Restock service areas with clean crockery, cutlery, and kitchen essentials
  • Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and wear appropriate PPE
  • Work flexibly and support your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Awareness of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen procedures
  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Shift Patterns

  • Full-time role / 32 hours per week
  • Note: Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business. This includes working weekends and bank holidays.
