Description
Overview

Reporting to the Group Knowledge Manager, the Knowledge Management Coordinator will be responsible for capturing knowledge from across the Sisk Group operating divisions and functions for sharing through the Knowledge Hub.

Predominantly, this will involve developing case study content in a written form, though the candidate will be encouraged to find the medium through which the information can be absorbed best.

In addition, under the guidance and management of the Group Knowledge Manager, the role will be responsible for administering the annual Research & Development (R&D) tax credit claim process in both Ireland and the UK, ensuring that Sisk’s R&D consultants get access to the information they need to build reports and writing up case studies on everything identified for sharing internally.

This role is in the Data Insights & Knowledge Management team and as such the successful candidate will be encouraged to maintain a strong database for drawing insights from our knowledge and R&D information. Support and guidance will be provided as necessary.

This is potentially an excellent role for bid writers and proposal coordinators looking to step back from the pressures of a deadline driven environment.

John Sisk & Son have been building excellence as a family-owned international construction company by offering trust, certainty and value to our clients whilst being at the heart of change.
