L'Oréal Luxe BA Experience Executive
London
L'Oréal Luxe are on the lookout for a BA Excellence Executive. You will be responsible for delivering the BA Experience programs and projects and executing the BA strategy for L'Oreal Luxe. Your projects and deliverables will provide a best-in-class BA experience and increase engagement and retention in the BA community. You will collaborate cross-functionally, and work closely with with Brand Education to offer a seamless BA experience.
Key Responsibilities
ONE RETAIL
- Own the management of One Retail, creating an engaging single source of truth for our BA & Retail community.
- In collaboration with Omni Education, I will create digital learning modules & engaging content for One Retail.
- Ensure One Retail is a one-stop shop for all Retail Information across functions (HR, Retail Field, Calendars, Posts, etc).
- Create & Manage the One Retail Engagement Calendar.
- Regular reporting of One Retail Results, KPI’s (Engagement, Trainings completed, dwell time, etc), and provide feedback & recommendations.
- Troubleshoot any issues with One Retail, escalate to Zone/ IT Retail where needed.
- Provide input and recommendations to improve the program based on industry knowledge/benchmarking & local needs.
- Identify and influence technical process improvements across platforms, with customer experience always at the forefront of change
- Collaborate across functions & with external suppliers to optimize, trouble shoot, and problem solve to improve service levels, ROI, user experience & connectivity/data integration processes.
THE BA JOURNEY
- Support in executing the BA journey/experience strategy.
- Deliver L’Oréal University Programs.
- Identify & react to retail & engagement opportunities & challenges to enhance the BA experience.
BA PROJECTS
- Contribute to delivery of BA Transformation projects.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on projects to engage in projects and ensure on-time rollout.
- Manage and track budgets across BA Experience.
