What You’ll Be Doing

  • Motivating yourself and or your team to ensure sales targets are met and deliver an incredible customer experience.
  • Achieving sales goals - One Indi brand target agreed with Area Manager, achieved through authentic delivery of Indi service model delegating to your team
  • Eventing and Animating – Bring to life key moments across Indi brands building your business with innovation by creating both on counter events/internal/external link ups
  • Developing/coaching your team, delivering regular training and feedback
  • Effectively communicating with your team, Area Manager, Store/Department Manager and Store Teams to create an environment where everyone feels at their best
  • Oozing passion for Indi brands and delivering exceptional service, being a luxe role model, leading by example to your teams to deliver memorable experiences
  • Keeping up to date with the latest Make-Up and skincare trends. Our teams are passionate about unbiased approach to our iconic products
  • Being an Indi Brand advocate – Sharing your love for the brands and products on internal and external social channels in line with company policies
  • Stock – Ensure counter is stocked and levels are accurate. Working with in store operational teams and Area Managers to address any concerns immediately.
  • Staff Rotas – completed in a fair, accurate and timely way one month in advance
  • Administration
  • Hygiene/ Housekeeping

What You’ll Need

  • To have energy for building and nurturing relationships with your customers, teams and community
  • Experience managing a team or solo account
  • Be able to analyse sales, manage stock, and business operations
  • Have a proven record sales targets and KPI’s
  • Experience in training, leading, coaching and managing a team to success
  • Be open minded and enjoy working by yourself
  • To be at ease digitally
  • To be able to communicate with your team/customers/ store team and area managers

Support and development will you receive…

  • An Indi brand induction will consist of face to face and online modules in your first 3 months
  • A full induction into the role of Business Manager including all admin
  • Regular training with your Area Manager, Education Manager and Peers. From Day 1, you will be set up to be part of the Indi Brand Community
  • Education on Service, Retail, Skin Care, Make-Up and Wellness
  • Following this a full training induction will also be held in our beautiful head office in Hammersmith, London to connect you with the rest of the Indi Brand Community
  • Regular training events where you get your hands on the latest innovation and trend setting products
  • Self learning is at your fingertips, with access to our internal platform that allows you to connect with the wider Indi Brand Community
  • The opportunity to work with your counter manager, Area Manager and Education team to progress into future roles
