About The Role

We have a great opportunity to join our Artificial Breeding team in the Newstead Semen Processing Laboratory as a full-time permanent position. This position will be responsible for carrying out key semen processing activities in order to achieve required production targets. Days of work and start times may change during our peak season (October/November).

Our laboratory environment is highly customer driven with a major focus on quality and efficiency by adhering to strict protocols as well as H&S guidelines.

About You

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Excellent communication and change management skills.
• Excellent teamwork and prioritising skills.
• Highly motivated with strong organisational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks.
• A tertiary qualification in science and/or laboratory experience is preferred but not essential.
