Hours

Monday to Friday: 05:45am - 14:15pm (weekends off)

Location

Alton, Hampshire

Salary

£31,(Apply online only) - £32,(Apply online only)+ (depending on experience)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate the Amada Laser Cutting Machine.
• Refer to previous shift handover for instructions and updates.
• Identify and load schedule/programme, start up and shut down, clear alarms, and troubleshoot any issues.
• Unload cut parts and measure them for quality inspections.
• Accurately prepare production records and inspection documentation.
• Package completed parts according to their destination.
• Maintain the lasers in good working order.
• Perform basic repairs under the supervision of a supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in your immediate working area.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all staff by being responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of the yard.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Operate a forklift truck and overhead crane as required.
