Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust (BHT) and the Integrated Care Board (ICB).

highest standard of respiratory medicine management.

- Lead the way in respiratory pharmacy – Oversee medicines management, ensuring the safe and effective use of new and existing respiratory treatments.
- Drive innovation – Take a proactive role in evaluating and embedding new medicines and advanced therapies into clinical practice.
- Support and develop the team – Provide expert leadership, training, and mentorship to ensure the development of trainee pharmacist and junior rotational pharmacists.
- Enhance patient outcomes – improving care for patients with conditions such as asthma and COPD, implementing new medicines.
- Ensure financial sustainability – Offer strategic financial insights to optimise medicines use and support cost-effective prescribing.
