Job Profile:
As the Lead Breast Cancer CNS, you will play a key strategic and clinical role in driving the highest standards of care for patients undergoing breast cancer investigations, treatment, and support.
This is a Band 8a role, reflecting the seniority, autonomy, and leadership required to influence service development and deliver expert clinical practice. Working within a cutting-edge diagnostic environment, you'll lead a team of experienced and aspiring breast care nurses, ensuring the delivery of gold-standard, person centred keyworker care throughout the pathway.
Working within a highly skilled multidisciplinary team of world class surgeons, oncologists, nurses and allied health professionals, you will play a key role in optimising all aspects of care experience and clinical outcomes.
