The Vacancy
Reporting to the Head of HR, Group Manufacturing Operations and Transformation, the role will lead the local HR Team and be play a key role in the formulation and implementation of business and HR strategy, policy, procedure and systems to ensure efficient HR support services is provided on site.
The Lead HR Business Partner will be a key member of the site Senior Leadership Team, effectively partnering the Plant Manager and other key stakeholders in the successful running of the site as a member of the COM (Committee of Management).
The role will have 3 Direct Reports and will have a dotted line report to the Plant Manager Debden and will be a member of the Site Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
