About This Role

OSCA is a welcoming academy which has benefitted from a major re-build and refurbishment programme. This has created exciting, new and well-equipped learning spaces. OSCA is now the first choice academy in our community, and we are full and oversubscribed once again.

We are seeking to appoint a skilled SEMH Practitioner to support both students and staff, delivering a quality education for those in our Thrive Provision, and supporting the progress of students with SEMH need across the academy, working alongside the Head of School and SENDCo to ensure the aspirational aims and objectives of the academy are achieved.

Are you the teacher we are looking for?

We are seeking an outstanding candidate to join Team OSCA. You will have:

  • A flair for innovation in learning and teaching
  • A compelling educational vision and the ability to motivate students
  • A commitment to delivering on our motto of “Striving for excellence in an Outstanding, Successful, Caring, Achievement driven learning environment.”

We are in very close proximity to Birmingham city centre with excellent transport links by car, bus and train; and are just a few minutes from Junction 2 of the M5.
