Could you be our new Learning and Development Facilitator? Are you?
- A highly experienced and qualified learning and development professional who specialises in the designing, curating, and delivering of L&D workshops and programmes to meet business needs. (CIPD, TAP, or equivalent)
- Highly experienced instructional designer, creating engaging virtual classroom and in-person workshops.
- An excellent communicator, presenter and facilitator who takes a learner centred approach.
- Solution-orientation and problem solver with the ability to drive tasks forward
- Experienced in working collaboratively with stakeholders, influencing across all levels of the business to consult and develop L&D initiatives.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to employee learning and personal development.
Your New Role
- Design, curate and create materials and resources that support learner engagement and knowledge transfer, tailoring the content to suit different audiences.
- Deliver and facilitate high quality, virtual classroom and in-person workshops, taking a learner centred approach.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programmes through feedback, surveys and performance metrics and make necessary adjustments
- Develop strong and positive relationships at all levels of the organisation, including senior stakeholders, global partners and external vendors
- Work collaboratively across departments, by consulting and influencing on L&D initiatives. Provide recommendations and solutions to help inform others.
- Run the LMS platform to maintain accurate records that provides timely and accurate enrolment and reporting
- Stay up to date with industry trends and methodologies in learning and development
