Oliver James are hiring for a People and Performance Partner to join our growing team here in Manchester!

In this role, you'll be part of our global P&P team, with a big focus on Learning & Development. Here's a couple of examples of what you'll be doing:
🔵 1:1 learning and coaching sessions with consultants
🔵Leading engaging group workshops and training sessions
🔵 Running "HIVES" – think mini sales days focused on energy, development and results
🔵Being a key part of Stakeholder meetings - Collaborating with managers to spot skill gaps and build tailored upskilling plans
🔵 Planning impactful L&D strategies across teams
