As a key member of our Learning and Organisational Development team, you will lead the efficient and user-friendly management of the administration processes and service deliverables. You’ll oversee and enhance CQC’s learning and performance platform, ED, ensuring colleagues have a smooth and engaging experience. You will have hands-on expertise in administering learning management/performance systems and possess outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects or tasks effectively. An experienced first line leader, who has previously established, developed and maintained high performing administrative units to achieve individual and team objectives.
