Purpose of the Role
Join the Learning and Development team as the Learning and Development Specialist where you'll work collaboratively across external partners and internal stakeholders across all functions of the business. This role will deliver impactful, relevant, quality learning experiences to support the achievement of the Bentley strategy, through delivering engaging experiences that focus on the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to sustainably grow capability across the business. Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, your main responsibilities include:
- Developing, implementing and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of learning delivered to all Colleague and Managers covering Product Technical skills e.g. PHEV and Electrical, Product Conformity and Liability, Colleague and Manager skills development, Compliance and Mandatory training
- Driving the impactful delivery of colleague, manager, and compliance skills development aligned with Bentley’s strategy, conducting skills analysis with key stakeholders, collaborating to remove blockers in learning operations, overseeing physical and digital learning solutions, manage mandatory training and induction programs, and ensure effective event delivery through comprehensive management of standards, processes, and resources
- Creating and managing project plans aligned with governance and success metrics, engage stakeholders to drive alignment and continuous improvement, overseeing learning program implementation, managing internal and external partners, tracking and reporting on program targets and risks, and document lessons learned for ongoing improvement
- Analysing organizational and external data to assess learning solutions, identifying business priorities to inform impactful design, collaborating with internal experts and partners on project delivery, driving efficiency through established standards and evaluation methods, and measuring success against performance indicators and ROI within budget constraints
- Managing supplier engagement and onboarding, building relationships with external partners and internal experts to deliver impactful learning solutions, evaluating suppliers based on established methods and service agreements, monitoring project budgets, and tracking supplier performance to ensure program delivery within time, cost, and quality measures

About You – Skills And Experience
- Experience in Learning and Development delivery and coordination would be advantageous
- Experience in delivery of functional and cross-business projects
- Experience in implementing learning technologies via SuccessFactors or equivalent would be advantageous
- Sourcing external providers through tender/bid processes would be advantageous
- A proven track record of influencing and challenging stakeholders across the business
- Strong communication skills
- Relationship building and networking skills
