You will be a key member of our Learning and Organisational Development team, who will, as part of our operating model, project manage learning requests received from the organisation. This will involve having responsibility for the design, development and delivery of innovative and engaging digital and facilitated (virtual and face to face) learning solutions, which in turn will support our corporate strategy.

What You Will Bring…
An individual who can work independently and as part of a team, you will have a strong understanding of project management within the learning and development environment to achieve programme objectives within agreed parameters. You will be experienced in building and sustaining stakeholder engagement and confidence as you work through differing projects from the learning needs analysis, through design, development, launch and evaluation.
You will have a strong track record in designing and developing impactful face-to-face and virtual learning content that meets diverse learner needs. Skilled in using digital learning tools such as
Adobe, Articulate 360 and Adapt, you will create innovative and accessible solutions that enhance the learner experience. In addition to content development, you'll also contribute to the facilitation of learning sessions where needed. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to analyse risk and benefit, adapt priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
