What you`ll do
This role focuses on delivering engaging and effective learning experiences, primarily through virtual platforms, to both new starters and existing colleagues, ensuring delegates receive the comprehensive onboarding and support required to achieve proficiency in their roles.
You will be responsible for delivering product-specific technical training, facilitating elective development programmes, contribute to the creation of dynamic learning content for virtual sessions, assist with development and maintenance of digital learning solutions, and collaborate with the business to maintain the accuracy of pre-existing learning content to ensure it continues to meet any regulatory obligations and business demands.
You will be supported by the Talent team and wider People team, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to an evolving learning landscape, participating in various stages of the training cycle.
Who You Are
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in facilitating virtual learning and development programmes in a corporate or similar environment.
- Virtual Facilitation Expertise: Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners in a virtual setting.
- Experience in designing and developing engaging learning solutions, including content for virtual delivery.
- IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and virtual meeting platforms.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt facilitation style and content to meet the needs of different audiences and evolving business requirements.
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated, taking initiative and managing workload effectively.
- Learning Technologies: Familiarity with virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), learning management systems (LMS), and other learning technologies.
- Passion for Learning: A genuine passion for learning and development and a commitment to helping others grow and succeed.
Desirable:
- A relevant training qualification or certification.
- Knowledge of different learning theories and instructional design principles.
- Experience in developing digital learning content including use of learning authoring tools.
