We are currently seeking an Learning Operations Specialist (Marketing), to work with our global FMCG client Unilever, renowned for brands such as Lynx, Sure, Persil, Dove and Simple, to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based at Blackfriars on London’s Victoria Embankment, just a short walk from Blackfriars tube. This is a full-time temporary role for 6 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £46,500 per annum, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

We take a ‘Power of 1’ approach to driving marketing capability within Unilever, in service to the five Business Group’s strategies and priorities (i.e. Beauty & Wellbeing; Personal Care, Nutrition, Home Care and Ice Cream).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the global roll-out of Marketing Academy programmes with a design once & deploy everywhere mindset.
Coordinate the local execution of face-to-face workshop across a multi-country regions
Manage administrative tasks related to workshop delivery including room bookings, catering arrangements, printing, and stationary requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with local service providers and event teams to facilitate workshop logistics in countries outside of the local organiser’s base location.
Build and codify the deployment of face-to-face workshop with a view to developing repeat ways of working, process steps and simplifications to deliver a consistent learning experience.
Help streamline & optimise learning operations within the Marketing Academy
From Demand Planning to session scheduling: Efficiently coordinate demand forecasting and align session scheduling to meet learning priorities for the year to come.
Vendor Management: Rigorously manage supplier relationships, ensuring strict compliance and cost efficiency working collaboratively with Unilever procurement teams.
Programme Performance Tracking and Analysis: Meticulously monitor and analyse programme performance to drive continuous improvement.
Comms & Engagement: Actively enhance programme communications to promote learning initiatives.
Learning UX Design: Understand Unilever approved learning platforms available to ensure we deliver the best user experience.
