Learning Support Assistant – initially within EYFS
- NJC Point 4-6, £17,869 - £18,440 per annum

About This Role
Sun Academy are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who strives to share their passion for education with our students and join our dedicated team to uphold the academies visions and values.
We are seeking to appoint a patient, flexible and professional individual to support students in the classroom to ensure that they are making progress academically, socially and emotionally. The ideal candidate will hold GCSE Maths and English, Grade 4/C or above and a level 3 qualification in childcare or Teaching Assistant. To succeed, you will have good timekeeping and the ability to work as part of a team and independently. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills. We are keen to secure a high calibre professional who can make a telling contribution to our team. The department is part of a well led, mutually supportive team; there is a very strong commitment to improving standards. The appointed candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported by a strong SLT.
