Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support to students aged 5-7 within the classroom setting.
- Assist the class teacher in implementing tailored educational plans.
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.
- Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to enhance student learning.
- Experience working 1:1 with students.
- Previous experience in a classroom setting.
- Experience working with children aged 5-7.
- Valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
