Learning Support Co-ordinator
9 month FTC, part time - 3 days a week
Remote role with occasional travel to Bristol
The Role
- Provide and collate source data and insights for the production of learning engagement dashboards and reports
- Provide second line support for users with learning queries (SNOW) and feedback on themes, risks and issues to the wider team
- Support consultants with admin and logistics for learning activities via the LMS and other MSO tools
Role/Responsibilities
- Provide admin support for colleagues engaging with learning activities and programmes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of learner support and user experience through process improvement, use of quality standards and close alignment to users' needs
- Keep admin and co-ordination workflows up to date and accurately completed
- Collate and source data, insight and feedback required for dashboards and reporting
- Manage the online course booking facility via Outlook and LMS, including activity calendar scheduling
- Support requirements for delivery of learning activities, such as venue management, provision of materials and kit, travel arrangements, follow up and programme led touchpoint delivery
- Track, action and monitor invoices and spend activities across the team, aligned to budget and cost centre allocations
- Co-ordinate and monitor department's action logs, record minutes and actions & other supporting activities for dept meetings
Skills/Experience
- Previous experience of administering and supporting learning calendars and programme schedules
- Experienced in a service user environment / basic business administration
- Previous experience of administering LMS and similar platforms

- Highly organised and able to prioritise under pressure, in a changing and fast paced environment
- High attention to detail and pride in accurate work
- Able to manage multiple tasks and processes, meet deadlines and use sound judgement to make decisions and solve problems
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
