West Herts College Group has an exciting new opportunity in the School of A Levels for a part time or full time Lecturer in Psychology.


We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Lecturer of Psychology, who is keen to continuously improve the experience for learners. We welcome applications from newly teacher trained and experienced teachers from Schools, Sixth Form Colleges and FE Colleges.


The successful candidate should hold a degree in psychology and previous experience of delivery on AS/A2 curriculum would be advantageous. You should either hold or be working towards a recognised teaching qualification.


The successful candidate will put Teaching, Learning, Assessment and learners progress at the forefront to support learners of all ages and abilities to achieve their potential. You’ll have the full support of a dynamic team and opportunities to bring your ideas to the role. Training and development are at the heart of everything we do so you’ll be encouraged to upskill.


The role is based across our Luton, Hemel and Watford campuses. We have a free on-site gym at our Watford Campus and you can access a wide range of discounts and benefits including a cycle to work scheme, free on-site parking, pension, generous holiday scheme, time off at Christmas and early finishes on a Friday.


The closing date for applications is 5th May with interviews being held on Tuesday 13th May 2025.
