Legal Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Legal Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team on a six-month fixed term contract.

In this role you will provide crucial support to both the Legal Director and Legal Operations Manager. Acting as the first line of the support for the wider legal team for systems or non-legal resolutions within the business.

You will manage the collection of data and lead on analysis and production of key departmental measures, ensuring key insight is accessible, including demand and capacity. It is essential that you maintain a flexible approach to your work, assisting with varying demands to support the function of the team as a whole, whilst providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers.

Skills and experience

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively collate and analyse information from a range of sources.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a professional approach when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in administrative tasks, including document management and data entry.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Degree Educated or equivalent
