Legal PA - 12 Month FTC

The primary objective of this role is to provide specialised and focused PA assistance to our Partners, Fee Earners, and senior members of the Law, Plus More group.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with Finance teams to support fee earners' financial performance, including managing client billing, reports, matter balances, and working capital.

• Handle matter management tasks such as applying correct rates at opening, preparing engagement letters promptly, and coordinating with the Business Acceptance Unit as needed.

• Conduct conflict checks and Client Due Diligence, ensuring accurate completion of the Client Matter Inception (CMI) process in line with firmwide protocols.

• Manage file processes effectively by identifying matters for closure, ensuring bills are paid, clearing client balances, WIP, and archiving files.

• Offer comprehensive diary management, including planning, arranging travel and meetings, and managing event clashes independently.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience in managing a diverse workload within tight deadlines, using document/case management systems, and a commitment to exceeding goals, with flexibility to meet client demands.# Bring at least three years of experience from a similar environment, demonstrating the ability to work at a high level

• Show a willingness to work flexibly in order to accommodate client needs, coupled with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

• Have a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service, with a focus on detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced office setting.

• Demonstrate the ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently, with a strong commitment to exceeding expectations and achieving goals.
