Legal PA - Real Estate Support (12 Month FTC)

Addleshaw Goddard is seeking a Legal PA for a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide proactive and high-quality support to our Real Estate team partners and fee earners. This role is pivotal in enhancing our fee earners' financial performance through diligent client billing, report management, and matter balance oversight. Collaboration with Business Development is key, assisting in event organization, CRM administration, and supporting bids and tenders. The successful candidate will also play a crucial role in matter management, ensuring adherence to best practice protocols from conflict checks to file closure and archiving.

Key responsibilities include comprehensive diary management, making cost-efficient travel arrangements, preparing for meetings, and utilizing our Cube system for all administrative tasks. The role demands a high level of technical competency, with expectations to delegate tasks effectively to Document Production and maintain strict adherence to the firm's risk and compliance policies.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, at least three years of relevant experience, a flexible work ethic to meet client needs, and a high degree of competence in Microsoft Office. An exceptional client service track record and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
