Our thriving London office is looking for a proactive, experienced Legal Secretary who is ready to develop and grow with the newest team to our Financial Services group in our London office. You must be a proven organised, professional individual who has a 'can do' attitude and who is willing to go the extra mile to help colleagues at all times. You must be able to demonstrate experience with heavy and complex travel, diary management and working for a very fast paced team.

Our Team
You will be supporting a group of Partners who have a heavy and complex workload. You will be reporting into the London office Secretarial Services Manager and will be working alongside the wider London secretarial team.
Our Opportunity
In this dynamic and busy role, no two days will be the same. This role would be ideal for an experienced Legal Secretary who is able to navigate heavy and complex travel, manage busy diaries, deal with active email inboxes and action emails without prompting where necessary.
You'll be responsible for the billing and financial support required for the team, proactively managing it with limited involvement from the Partners. This will include managing monthly financial reports for clients. You will also lead on ensuring all new clients are promptly incepted, dealing with all KYC requirements.
You must always have a positive and professional approach and work efficiently in a busy environment.
Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm
You
You will need proven experience of working at a senior level as you will be working with limited supervision. You need to be very organised, proactive, enthusiastic, a go getter and able to solve problems or have the initiative to find creative solutions to varying situations.
You will have worked in a legal environment supporting Partners for at least 5 years, with proven experience of working at a senior level, and understand the fundamental workings of a busy law firm.
You will have a strong knowledge of the systems and packages used within law firms to include all Microsoft packages and Aderant.
