We’re on the hunt for a talented Lingerie Garment Tech to join our existing team of contour experts to play an essential part in ensuring the quality and performance of our gorgeous products.

In this role, you’ll manage key lingerie categories, collaborating closely with the Buyer to deliver ranges that our customers love and trust. As a subject matter expert, you’ll lead best practice amongst the supply base, focusing on best possible outcomes for them and the business.

A natural communicator, you will build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, being energetic and resourceful in addressing business needs and requirements. Leveraging your methodical approach and incredible attention to detail to make a real impact.

What you can expect from the role…

• Work cohesively and effectively within the technical team, partnering with the Buying teams and supplier base.
• Develop high quality products within the pricing strategies and delivery deadlines.
• Ensure consistency of product performance throughout the categories ensuring that boundaries are continually pushed to ensure we remain as market leaders in quality, performance and fit.
• Follow the QA processes and procedures to ensure there is flexibility with the continually changing buying patterns and market trends.
• Work with supplier base to consistently implement processes to improve cost efficiency, quality and performance wherever possible.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, working closely with the Buying teams to deliver new and innovative products and trends, that exceed customers’ expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the supply base, reviewing and analysing their performance to delivery highest quality and performance.
• Take a pro-active and flexible approach to products, keeping sample requirements, testing and submissions to a minimum, ensuring critical path deadlines are achieved.
• Monitor any quality issues, ensuring quality and performance is aligned with the buying strategies and meets the needs of the market.
