Key responsibilities:
- Advising on all aspects of planning law, including development consent, planning applications and obligations, environmental impact, compulsory purchase and highways.
- Supporting on major infrastructure and regeneration projects.
- Handling planning appeals, judicial reviews and enforcement matters.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across real estate, environment, construction and public law teams.
