Logistics Operations Specialist

Job Title: Logistics and Fulfillment Specialist

Location: London (1–13 St Giles High Street) - WC2H 8AG

Mode of working: Hybrid (3 Days in the Office and 2 days is Remote)

Duration: 12+ Months contract initially

Job Spec:

• Review daily inbound and outbounds operations and escalations related to all hardware programs
• Assist with the preparation of the VAS project (set up of production lines at the fulfillment centers to execute the software changes, assist with running end to end tests, troubleshoot issues), as well as execution of the project (communicate which pallets need VAS applied, ensure the VAS related materials are provided to the warehouse in time, ensure the warehouse uphold quality standards, tracking daily output), to the after care of the project (resolution of escalations, quality issues).
• Support resolution of warehouse issues, compliance and transportation delays, packaging and labeling, software changes, and product quality reviews.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in order management, logistics or hardware operations
• Previous experience in supply chain program management
• Manage 3PL - Forecasting, Volume and VAS
• Data Analysis - Spread Sheets or Google Sheets
• Working or Worked with Logistics Companies is an additional benefit.
