The Role


Are you ready to take charge of a fast-paced and critical logistics operation in the UK? As the leader of our Secondary Logistic Operation, you'll collaborate closely with our third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure seamless execution of customer orders, manage returns, handle destruction processes, and oversee local finances.

Principle Accountabilities


  • Team Management: Inspire and lead others with exceptional communication, organisational expertise and a proven ability to drive collaboration to achieve results.
  • Finance Management: Purchase ledger, journals and analyses data and creation of overhead budgets.
  • KPI Excellence: Produce and present monthly KPI reports, ensuring alignment with supply chain goals and engaging with key stakeholders.
  • Order Fulfilment Mastery: Guarantee seamless SAP order transmission to 3PL WMS, achieving 100% order fulfilment and resolving issues with 3PL and IT.
  • Support & Optimize: Assist the Logistics Manager in enhancing 3PL effectiveness and conduct monthly KPI reviews.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve customer complaints related to transport and physical returns, ensuring top-notch logistics quality.
  • Stock Management: Oversee inventory, returns, and destruction processes, maintaining efficient stock management.


Skills and Experience Required

  • Data Savvy: Excel in manipulating data from various systems and working with Excel. And additionally able to utilize your SAP comfortably.
  • Problem Solver: Exhibit your effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a strong team focus.
