Title: Maintenance Coordinator Special Projects and Sustainability

Contract: Full time, 35 hours per week, Fixed Term Contract until 31 st October 2025

Location: West Ham Lane Stratford London

Persona: Agile (office 20/40% and home working)

Salary: £30,455 per annum

L&Q are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to support administrative support to Special projects and Sustainability teams, typically including acting as a point of contact for internal and external customers and other stakeholders, managing Damp and Mould cases, Plentific repairs, Minor works and Surveyor referrals. This is a great opportunity for secondment or acting up.

The role will report into the Maintenance Operations Team Leader, working alongside the existing Coordinators covering the IMR and General Needs portfolios. You will be a key member of the team helping to the deliver our repairs and maintenance service.

You will be responsible for the allocation and coordination of Reactive repairs, monitoring mailboxes in line with SLAs, handling D365s and monitoring the puzzle phone queue for internal teams. You will be first point of contact for dealing with all queries and raising repair orders to the relevant teams, dealing with all correspondence in a professional and timely manner.

The successful candidatemust be highly organised with excellent communication, administrative and numerical skills. Youwill need to be flexible and a team player, working in a fast paced and demanding environment, managing a busy workload, utilising various prioritisation and time management techniques, whilst collaborating with lots of different departments across the L&Q Group.
