About The Role
Join our esteemed Connect Plus Services Technology Team and play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the technological infrastructure of the M25. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the raising, management, and reporting of all cyclical maintenance and defect activities conducted by the Technology Services Team to meet the requirements of the Technology Services Contract.
You will also coordinate and compile planned night works, send tasks to the night teams, and update the status of completed works the following morning. Additionally, you will manage road space and traffic management bookings for maintenance activities when necessary and maintain the ServiceNow job management system for both cyclical and planned works.

What you'll be doing
- Adhere to ‘Zero Harm’ safety process at all times.
- Raise and Manage the cyclic maintenance activities, including job profiles, work tasks, allocations, completions and certificates.
- Manage monthly cyclic maintenance metrics for reporting.
- Ensure NH Service Now data is captured and entered correctly and all data accurate for all cyclic maintenance and planned night works.
- Arrange all planned night works to be distributed to the team, and the night shift report updated and sent.
- Update any job profiles or work tasks from cyclic maintenance and/or planned night works.
- Provide monthly figures to Performance Manager for reporting purposes.
- Schedule, coordinate and manage roadspace bookings for cyclic maintenance tasks to be carried out.
- Provides holiday and sick support cover for the Reactive Faults Coordinator.
- General administration tasks and any Ad Hoc duties as and when required.
Who we're looking for
- IT literate, conversant with database applications, competent in the use of MS Office applications, MS Excel/Word/Projects (or similar).
- Previous experience in supporting a Field Based Team.
- Previous experience in managing booking systems would be adventitious.
- Knowledge of the area network would be beneficial.
- A technical bias would be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of highways maintenance activities, traffic management and incident management.
- Working knowledge of National Highways’ Service Now job management system, and/or Connect Plus Services Network Occupancy Management (NOMS) system.
