Job Responsibilities
Essential
- Working in a safety critical environment.
- Previous experience leading/supervising/managing teams of skilled engineers in an automotive tier 1 environment.
- Indentured apprenticeship.
- Managing teams working on different shift patterns.
- Good Leadership and coaching skills.
- Proven organisational skills.
- Broad engineering skills in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic disciplines.
Desirable
- CNC maintenance and servicing (highly desirable)
- Assembly line maintenance and servicing (highly desirable)
- ABB IRC5 Robot maintenance and servicing (highly desirable)
- Siemens TIA Portal
- Working in a highly demanding and fast paced environment.
- IOSH Managing Safely.
- IATF 16949 / ISO 14001.
- Knowledge of CMMS systems (Agility).
- Knowledge of RCM principles.
- Experience developing FMEA led PM’s.
- PC skills including Microsoft Office.
