Now, we’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to help us keep Court Regis in Sittingbourne, Kent running smoothly and safely. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our spaces safe, green, and gleaming—making life better every day for our residents.

🛠️ The Role

• Hours: 37 per week
• Location: Court Regis, Sittingbourne
• Must-Have: Full UK driver’s license
  
  

You’ll handle day-to-day repairs, maintenance, and help keep our gardens and grounds looking fantastic. From fixing a squeaky door to ensuring the fire alarm works perfectly—you’ll be the hero behind the scenes.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep our gardens looking sharp—mow, plant, weed, repeat 🌻
• Fix, patch, paint—every detail counts
• Check on heating, lighting, fire alarms & safety systems
• Help with audits, spot risks, and suggest smart improvements
• Coordinate with contractors when needed

• Solid background in maintenance or trades
• Bonus if you’ve worked in residential or care settings
• Handy with tools and even handier with people
• Groundskeeping experience = a big plus
