We are looking for a dedicated and reliable
Support Worker to join our team in
Linnet (RG22 5LA ). Linnet is a
Residential Home with
6 beds. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities, while also requiring you to drive people we support as part of their care and routine.
Shift Pattern:
- 12-hour day shifts- 8am - 8pm
- 42 hours weekly
- Every other weekend included
Requirements:
- A full UK manual driver’s license
- Held your UK license for at least 2 years
- 25 years of age or older (for insurance purposes)
- Confident and comfortable driving - 7 seater automatic & 8 seater manual
- Passionate about providing high-quality care and promoting independence
- Friendly, patient, and flexible with strong communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and day-to-day activities
- Safely transporting service users to appointments, social activities, and outings
- Building positive relationships with those you support
- Maintaining accurate care records
