Your Career
As a Payroll and HR Consultant, you will play a crucial role in transitioning managed service customers into MHR’s Managed Service Centre. This role offers an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of payroll systems like iTrent and automated solutions while enhancing your consultancy, project management, and stakeholder communication skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration of new customers, verifying system builds, and optimising payroll models. Over time, your experience in system implementation and transition processes will provide you with a strong foundation for further professional development within payroll and HR consultancy.
Your Team
You will work closely with the Managed Service Centre team, project stakeholders, and customers to ensure the effective transition of new clients. Your collaborative efforts will focus on the successful implementation of iTrent systems and the automation of payroll solutions. As you guide operational teams through the onboarding process, you’ll also help develop and improve department processes. Clear communication and teamwork will be essential as you address issues, risks, and progress, ensuring all parties are aligned throughout the transition.
Your Impact
Your work will directly impact the quality of service transitions and the success of payroll processing for managed service customers. By ensuring that iTrent systems are properly built and fit for purpose, you will help deliver an optimised payroll model that meets both customer and Managed Service Centre needs. By training operational teams and staying informed about relevant legislation and system developments, you will help improve the services offered to customers, fostering strong, lasting relationships and enhancing the overall efficiency of the department.
