Hiring: Business Controller / Management Accountant
Location: Broughton (80% onsite)
Our client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Controller / Management Accountant with a strong manufacturing background to join a dynamic finance team on a high-impact contract.
In this role, you'll act as a true business partner to operational managers—supporting decision-making, validating business proposals, and driving key improvement and mitigation actions across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with operational managers to assess and validate proposed improvement projects
- Ensuring robust financial planning through effective budgeting and forecasting
- Supporting the analysis of business cases and investment proposals
- Providing timely and insightful reporting to internal stakeholders
Essential:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA preferred) with 2+ years PQE in a manufacturing or commercial environment
- Proven stakeholder management experience across multiple levels and teams
- Strong SAP or equivalent financial systems knowledge
- Travel within the UK may be required.
