Finance Manager
Job Purpose
Reporting into the Senior Finance Manager, you will play a key role within the Finance Team, supporting with a range of financial tasks & reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update revenue files across multiple entities including overseas entities
- Assist with complex OMI calculations
- Liaise with AR, AP and FP&A teams to reconcile and report accurate revenue figures
- Update and reconcile the balance sheet schedules to the GL on a monthly basis; following up on any aged items and/or queries
- Month end file preparation including P&L and Balance Sheet
- Input of monthly results into group reporting tool
- Post into and reconcile all revenue accounts ensuring they tie back to the GL
- Audit assistance
- Calculating and reporting intercompany adjustments
- Assist with forecast and submission on a rolling basis and for Group forecast deadlines
- Assist other team members with monthly submissions
- Ad hoc tasks including periodical analysis and group reporting
Key Skills And Qualifications
- Studying for a Financial Qualification
- Graduate or equivalent
- Energetic, driven individual
- Intermediate Excel skills - knowledge of look-up tables and sum ifs essential.
