The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a well-regarded organisation in the housing sector, who have a positive reputation in the local area. Following a promotion in the team, they are looking to appoint a CIMA/ACCA qualified Management Accountant into the team.
This is a varied role and will see you joining the finance function as a key member of the team, who can add value from day one.
It is essential that you have housing experience to be considered for the role.
- On a day-to-day basis your duties will include:Producing the monthly management accounts and providing detailed commentary.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure financial compliance and regulations are in place whist making recommendations on improvements.
- Deliver financial information to stakeholders and support with strategic decisions.
- Work closely with department heads on cost saving initiatives.
Although the business is Peterborough based, the role is solely based from home and you will be provided with the equipment needed to be onboarded remotely.
The salary for the role is paying up to £50,000 per annum depending on experince.
