Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager at COMMUNITY THERAPEUTIC SERVICES LIMITED, located in Weston-Super-Mare. The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-level care. Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing care plans, managing budgets, and liaising with stakeholders to maintain and enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of learning disabilities, autism, and mental health
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently
- Experience in a similar management role within a health or social care setting ideally 3 years experience
- Relevant qualifications such as Level 5 Health & Social Care, or related field
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in social care
