We’re looking for a Manager to join our Financial Services Tax Mobility team, with flexibility to be based in London, Newcastle, or Bristol. This is an ideal role for someone with mobility tax experience who is seeking a multidisciplinary, client-facing position with real scope for growth. You’ll work closely with other tax experts across disciplines, helping clients manage global mobility programs, international assignments, and cross-border tax challenges.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on inbound and outbound expatriates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing high-quality service and tailored advice.
- Deliver complex mobility tax projects with a high level of technical excellence.
- Collaborate across EY teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Drive and lead new initiatives while effectively managing risk and compliance.
- Significant experience in expatriate or global mobility tax.
- Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proven experience in mobility tax compliance and advisory services.
