Key Responsibilities MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Reporting to the VP, Global Total Rewards, HR Systems and Data Analytics, the Manager will be responsible for supporting the team in a wide variety of projects, including those related to compensation, benefits, HRIS and payroll
- The Manager will have a unique opportunity to develop across the function and serve as a project manager and key contributor to changes that will drive the next phases of growth for Immunocore and the HR Team
- The Manager will bring a continuous improvement and process-focused mindset and use data to influence business decisions
- The Total Rewards team possesses a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality and the Manager will play a critical role in partnering with Finance, Legal, Business Leadership and within the broader HR Team
Key Responsibilities
- Own administering our equity incentive program and granting practices, including processing new equity awards, exercises, cancellations and related internal and external reporting
- Maintain data in our equity management software (Global Shares) to ensure accuracy
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding the equity incentive program and develop and deliver equity training and tools while providing excellent service to plan participants at all levels
- Support development of annual proxy disclosure and other US SEC required filings
- Ensure global equity reporting and compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements, including year-end equity tax filings and grants to employees in new countries
- Participate in other Total Rewards projects (e.g., payroll or compensation), as requested
- Formulate and implement other best-in-class solutions to improve our Total Rewards offering by conducting competitive analysis and assessing current market and industry trends
- Reconcile vendor billing to ensure proper invoicing and payment of Total Rewards costs
- Prepare materials for Senior Leadership and the Board regarding Total Rewards proposals
- Research, analyze, design and maintain HR Systems, including HRIS (Sage) and payroll (ADP), in support of HR administration, projects and continuous improvement efforts
- Deploy systems, support integrations and improve reporting/dashboarding and analytics
- Address HR information needs, including in connection with applicable HRIS modules (e.g., compensation, benefits, recruiting, talent development and learning), together with stakeholders
- Identify areas of improvement relating to HR Systems, processes and delivery of services with a goal of enhancing employee support, empowering self-service and streamlining HR Operations
- Ensure data integrity across HR Systems and conduct related SOX and other audits
- Partner with external HR System resources to solution changing business requirements
- Collaborate with IT/Finance peers to evaluate changes to HR Systems and processes
- Drive initiatives around HR Systems security practices and compliance considerations
- Coordinate with HR Operations on creating process automation and other efficiencies
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience & Knowledge:
- 8+ years of Total Rewards or related HR/Finance experience, ideally in the pharma/biotech industries
- Knowledge of and experience with broad Total Rewards matters, including applicable US and UK/European laws, as well as other state, local and other laws and regulations
- Experience in dealing with key business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Expert excel and data management skills, with extensive experience driving global equity administration, including related securities, taxation and other considerations
- General HR Systems experience, with a desire to develop more broadly as an HR Systems expert and within Total Rewards
- Public company and SOX controls experience helpful
