Managing Associate – Corporate 5+ PQE

In this role, you'll join a successful team looking to grow by adding lawyers interested or experienced in M&A (both Public and Private), Private Equity, and Equity Capital Markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documents for transactions.
• Overseeing transactions from start to finish, including deals that span multiple jurisdictions.
• Keeping in touch with clients after deals close to meet their ongoing legal needs.
• Collaborating with colleagues to expand our corporate business through client teams, targeting initiatives, and other business development activities.
• Guiding and educating junior team members, such as trainees and paralegals.

You'll work closely with partners, leading significant parts of projects. Active involvement in business development is both encouraged and expected, aiming to foster the growth of new and current client relationships.
