Requirements
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Managing Consultant who is deeply committed to creating meaningful, lasting impacts on communities through innovative place-shaping approaches.
As a managing consultant, you will join the senior management team and be at the core of the business. Your role will involve managing staff, leading complex projects, and generating new business. If you are driven by shaping communities and promoting growth in the UK, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
You should have extensive experience in your field, recognized as an expert, and have led major, critical projects in both public and private sectors. Additionally, you should possess deep knowledge of the public sector and current policy issues.

Project
Leading and managing the delivery of a portfolio of large complex programmes supported by an Inner Circle team including being the main client contact for the same
Leading multidisciplinary project teams of colleagues and partners
Delivering projects on time, to budget and to the required quality standards
Core consulting activities: problem analytics, research, reports, bid preparation, options appraisal & solution development, risk management, influencing
Anticipate and mitigate project risks, adapting to changing circumstances to maintain momentum.
Manage, coach and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the quality of outputs.
Business
Winning business with new clients
Locating and recruiting new staff
Helping to maintain and continually enhance the Inner Circle quality standards
Participating in businesses networking events and client entertainment to further enhance the reputation and attractiveness of the organisation
Leading internal R&D projects, developing new services and products
Line management of staff, managing staff performance and supporting their professional and personal development.
Creating and maintaining strong and productive relationships with Clients, colleagues, and partners
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with senior public sector leaders, private sector partners to deliver shared goals.
Present findings, insights, and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with the wider team in delivering successful projects on time
